You can research the offerings through our online platform, seeing what’s actually available in the market, and then apply directly online. In fact, for some simple applications, if you save us the trouble of gathering the relevant information by inputting it into the platform, we’ll discount our fees (already among the lowest in the industry) by 50%.
By filling in the tool yourself, you can also avoid brokerage fees, which are often 1% to 2% of the total loan amount. For a $5M loan, that could be $100,000.
